Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, a full or partial payment may be required, depending on the specific trip. All prices are stated in the applicable currency and are subject to change prior to final confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of your cancellation:
More than 30 days before the trip: Partial refund (less booking fees)
15 to 30 days before the trip: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund available
If Explore More Routes cancels a trip, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen belongings. Explore More Routes is not responsible for additional costs arising from travel disruptions or emergencies.
Health and Safety
A basic level of physical fitness is required for participation in our trips. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions or physical limitations before departure. Explore More Routes is not liable for health issues or injuries sustained during the trip, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participant Responsibilities
All travelers are expected to follow guide instructions, respect the local environment and culture, and prioritize group safety. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
Travel Documents and Requirements
You are responsible for securing all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification. Explore More Routes is not liable for trip disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Participation in outdoor adventures involves inherent risks. By booking with Explore More Routes, you acknowledge these risks and agree that we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law.
Use of Photos and Media
We may capture photos and videos during trips for promotional use. By joining a trip, you grant us permission to use your likeness unless you request otherwise in writing.
Itinerary Changes
Trip itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. In such cases, Explore More Routes will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
